Ronny began his insurance career in 1977 at the age of 21 with American National Life. In 1988 he moved from Waxahachie to Plano to work with the Larry Allen Agency, who specialized in working with home builders. After much success, he joined Hotchkiss as a Home Builders Producer and surpassed prior agency production writing over 400 builders while there.
In 2002, he went to work for Legacy Texas insurance, who had just purchased the agency from the Larry Allen Estate. Ronny was put in charge of managing the Homebuilder Department to include staffing, procedures, underwriting, claims control and sales management. While there, Ronny was instrumental in the total makeover of that department while increasing the number of home builder clients to over 750, of which 455 were his clients.
After leaving Legacy, he moved back home to Waxahachie and partnered with the Lipscomb Insurance Group to form HBIS Home Builders Insurance Services.

Nicole has been in the insurance business for 10 years with heavy emphasis on customer service. She joined hbis in January 2010 and handles the day to day operations of the agency.
